Through being talked about on Emeril Lagasse cooking shows, to being highlighted in Wine Spectator a few times. This is a blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet, Syrah, Petite Syrah and Charbono. This wine features enticing aromas of bing cherry, espresso, and roasted fig. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, pomegranate and wild berry linger harmoniously for a smooth and luscious finish.

Our very own Chef Jenni will be at it once again to create this amazing dish. Homemade Mignonette sauce along with a “traditional” version of Oysters Rockefeller are sure too satisfy your craving those evenings. You can pair this wonderful dish up with any one of our white wines by the glass such as our Sparkling Prosecco or Cremant, which is a Vinho Verde from Portugal or Soave from Italy.
